Reservation
- Minimum 2 nights, maximum 365 nights (renewable).
- Reservations can be made up to 2 days before check-in.
Cancellation
- More than 7 days before arrival: free cancellation.
- Between 7 and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the total stay (capped at 50% of one month for stays longer than 30 nights).
- Within 24 hours: 100% of the stay (capped at 100% of one month for stays longer than 30 nights).
- Long-term special rates require a 30-day minimum stay.
- After the first month, 15 days of notice are required to vacate.
Check-in / check-out
- Check-in from 14:00.
- Check-out by 12:00.
- Please contact the residence at least 30 minutes before arrival.
- Office hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00, by appointment.
- Outside office hours, weekends and holidays: by appointment only.
