Terms, cancellation and privacy.

Reservation terms

· Minimum 2 nights, maximum 365 nights (renewable).
· Reservations can be made up to 2 days before check-in.

Cancellation

· More than 7 days before arrival: free cancellation.
· Between 7 and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the total stay (capped at 50% of one month for stays longer than 30 nights).
· Within 24 hours: 100% of the stay (capped at 100% of one month for stays longer than 30 nights).
· Long-term special rates require a 30-day minimum stay.
· After the first month, 15 days of notice are required to vacate.

Check-in & check-out

· Check-in from 14:00.
· Check-out by 12:00.
· Please contact the residence at least 30 minutes before arrival.
· Office hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00, by appointment.
· Outside office hours, weekends and holidays: by appointment only.

Privacy & GDPR

MG Hotels collects personal data only to handle your reservation, answer your enquiry and, when you opt in, send you our seasonal newsletter. The data we collect is your name, email address, phone number and the details of your stay.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties outside our own operations and our payment provider. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time at info@mghotels.lu.
